The partnership brings together Bidvest Noonan’s expertise in integrated facilities management with CreevX’s real-time water temperature monitoring and data intelligence platform.

The first project under this partnership is now live at a major, high-profile campus in Ireland. Using CreevX sensors, Bidvest Noonan is moving away from traditional, manual compliance regimes towards a data-driven, predictive approach to water safety and legionella risk management.

This deployment enables superior compliance through near real-time monitoring, supports proactive identification of mechanical and plumbing issues, and significantly reduces unnecessary water flushing, energy use, and labour demands. The solution aligns strongly with sustainability and ESG objectives by cutting waste, lowering carbon emissions, and improving operational efficiency.
